Many of us get great satisfaction from getting things done and seeing the tangible results of our efforts. But life is not always about the "doing." If we're always focused just on "getting things done," our priorities can get out of whack without our even realizing it. It can also lead to frustration with others, making us feel like we're doing all the work while they're just "goofing off."
