When we think of "blessings," we typically think of all the obvious good things in our lives, or things we think we really want. We rarely include the difficult, the challenging, the painful, or the hard. But sometimes you have to lose and let go of the things you think you need and want, in order to find what you really need. We're not very good at telling the difference. And in this backwards, upside down world, we may need to change our thinking to understand what it really means to be "blessed."
