Is there anyone among us who doesn't experience worry? We know it's not helpful, and we know that God promises to care for us and provide what we need. But especially in difficult times, we can find worry taking over our lives in spite of all our best intentions. As we continue to study Jesus' well-known teachings from his "sermon on the mount," we also look at a tool that can help us identify, examine, and find relief from the worrisome thoughts that would rob us of the joy and peace God offers.
