At the Heart of All Love

After 40 years in the dessert, as God's people are about to enter the Promised Land, Moses shares an important message:

"...I’ve placed in front of you
        Life and Good
        Death and Evil.
And I command you today: Love God, your God. Walk in his ways. Keep his commandments, regulations, and rules so that you will live, really live, live exuberantly, blessed by God, your God"

In this life, we all have choices. But it's not about just following the rules. It's about trusting God, knowing that the rules are meant to give us the life we hunger for. It's about centering in God, and showing our love for God by showing our love for others. The more we give, the more we live - exuberantly and blessed.
